As a pharmacist, I also understand your endocrinology, metabolism, how medications interact with nutrition, and how your individual biochemistry shapes your results. This pharmacist-level knowledge means your programme is safer, smarter, and more specific to you.

No elimination diets, no food groups cut out, no starvation. I use a flexible nutrition approach based on your targets, preferences, and lifestyle. The goal is to build habits you can sustain for years — not to white-knuckle your way to a short-term result.
